If you’re uninsured or face other financial challenges that make it hard for you to pay your bill, please reach out to our financial counselors.

Our counselors are here to help you apply for government-funded programs such as Illinois Medicaid, Kid Care, Family Care, or crime victim funds, set up an extended payment plan, or apply for our financial assistance program.

Advocate financial assistance program

Our financial assistance program provides discounts (up to 100% of hospital charges) to those who meet financial eligibility guidelines. To get financial assistance, you’ll need to:

• Provide health insurance information and other supporting documentation
• Apply for available government programs
• Complete an Advocate financial assistance application

All communications with you and your family members are handled in a highly confidential and compassionate manner.

To apply for government funding or Advocate financial assistance, check with the hospital where you received care or request an application at the reception desk in the hospital lobby.
