Nutritional support

Our nutritionists carefully tailor diets to help mitigate your child’s digestive condition. Should your child require IV nutrition, we’ll supervise those needs as well.

Colonoscopies

For children with persistent abdominal pain, diarrhea or bleeding, we may recommend a colonoscopy. Viewing the lower part of the digestive system helps us reveal the cause of your child’s discomfort – and determine the best path forward.

Upper endoscopies

Using a thin, flexible, lighted tube, upper endoscopies allow us to diagnose and treat problems in the upper gastrointestinal tract. This can also help us remove something your child may have swallowed such as a coin or toy.

Surgical interventions

Sometimes surgery may be necessary to treat your child’s GI issues. Surgeries may be basic or complex depending on your child’s age, condition and requirements. Our pediatric surgeons are trained for every contingency and committed to providing your child with our best care.
