Information for providers
Advocate Children’s Hospital is one of the largest network providers of pediatric services in Illinois. As a major referral center for infants and children, our two main campuses in Oak Lawn and Park Ridge combine some of the country’s most respected medical talent with exceptional and compassionate care. That makes us the premier pediatric provider in the Midwest.
As part of the Chicagoland Childrens Health Alliance, we’re partners with Pediatrics at Endeavor Health and University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital in providing personalized care coordination services for children and families. Through our alliance, we’ve formed an integrated and comprehensive network of pediatric experts, from primary to highly specialized care, as well as maternal fetal medicine.
Make a referral with Doctor Connect clinician concierge
Doctor Connect is a clinician concierge program that provides answers to your questions about our specialists and multidisciplinary programs. A team of pediatric nurses is available on weekdays to speak with you or your office support staff and assist in coordinating care for your patients within the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance network.
You can also fax us information at 224-225-0347.

Transfer a patient from your pediatric unit, ED or NICU
Our team of highly skilled pediatric transport nurses and respiratory care practitioners provide air and ground transport for the most critically ill infants and children. They’re supported by neonatologists and critical care physicians throughout transportation.
The Transport Team provides interfacility transports to both of our Advocate Children’s Hospital campuses and the NorthShore Evanston NICU.
